Magoroto Forest and Amboni Cave Tanga Safari is a 4 days tour take visitors to the northeastern corner of Tanzania to visit a virgin forest of Magoroto where guests will spend 2 nights exploring the reserve, the tour continues eastward to visit the hot caves of Amboni in Tanga coastal region. The caves are hot so visitors need to wear light clothes, after an hour or 2 hours exploring the caves visitors will have time to do Tanga City Tour program aimed to explore the Tanga City and all historical sites available there.

Day One: Departure from Dar es salaam

Early Morning drive to Magoroto from Dar es salaam after pick up from Hotel or Home. On arrival at Magoroto Forest Estate, after some refreshment you will have time to do some activities for the day. Activities may include Mountain Hiking, Swimming, Bird watching, Forest walk, Spice Tour, Factory Tour and Fishing.

Day 2: Full Day Adventures

On your second day at Magoroto Forest Estate, continue with more activities set for this day and any other extra activities you may wish. Activities may include Mountain Hiking, Swimming, Bird watching, Forest walk, Spice Tour, Factory Tour and Fishing.

Day 3: Magoroto-Amboni Caves – Tanga City Tour

Breakfast in Magoroto, then drive to Amboni caves via Tanga Town, a knowledgeable hot caves guide will take you to walk in caves. You will hear thorough explanation on the stalactite and stalagmite formation of the caves. After an hour touring the caves drive back to Tanga City for lunch. Then after lunch you will go for Tanga City Tour.

Day 4: Return to Dar es Salaam

This is last day of your safari and therefore in the morning you will you’re your Breakfast, followed by a turn drive back to Dar es salaam or proceed to your next travel.
